Turbulence Training vs. P90X

There are many workouts to choose from including P90X and the Turbulence Training program developed by Craig Ballantyne.

Whereas P90X demands an hour a day, six days a week, an effective workout can be completed in a much shorter of amount of time. Ballantyne knew this from countless hours of research and observations and designed his program around a reasonable commitment of 45 minutes a day, three times a week. Despite the reduced time spent working out, Ballantyne’s program is far superior.

P90X can be a challenging, intimidating workout for turbulence training review beginners and even seasoned workout junkies find it incredibly demanding. Ballantyne’s program is different. It provides reasonable accommodations for beginners and detailed instructions for when to ramp it up and take it to the next level rather than throwing beginners into the fire like P90X does.

Because many of the strength and resistance training exercises in Ballantyne’s program require nothing more than the user’s own body weight, his program is challenging without being impossible and unlike P90X, and Ballantyne’s program can be done at home or at the gym.
